I find Mario 3 hard to play on 3DS etc because it seems like they've flipped what A and B do. Way too much muscle memory built up for it to feel right. I also just overall find value in getting the authentic controllers.

Also a routine internist appointment simply doesn't present the opportunities for billing fuckery going to be hospital for. Again, going to get a physical isn't the same thing as going to the ER. You are not going to get bill shock from getting a physical. If you don't have insurance then CVS Minute Clinic has a fixed menu of prices and I think they can do a physical and at least some of the bloodwork that you're supposed to get as part of a physical (like cholesterol and blood sugar).
