  1. Well that's certainly refreshing to see listed! Genuinely thought it was a dead project, glad to see a release date for it! Let's just hope that the marketing can hold a candle to the legendary trailer for the first title, still one of the best of all time to do it in my humble opinion!
  2. Heard about this earlier this morning, automatically relegated it to "Oscar Bait". Granted, the talent involved is solid, as well as the subject material is VERY important, yet this will be a thing to check out down the road personally. That all being said, I do wish Elizabeth Banks was in more projects!
  3. In other news, Disney wants to continue to make money, what else is new?
  4. A really well done & cathartic documentary about NOES2! Definitely worth checking out for sure. Seeing this made me genuinely appreciate this first sequel in the series far more than I ever did prior to.
  5. Just over 3 weeks to go until the season 5 premiere on Netflix!
  6. I have to applaud @Massdriveron including 'The Americans' in the same tier as BB & BCS as that is 100% warranted. For anyone who never watched that amazing series, then please do yourself the favor of rectifying your poor life choices & watch it!
  7. I'm curious about the Microsoft acquisition & whether or not that will impact this title (probably not though if I had to guess.) Either way, I'll just wait for this to eventually be dropped into Game Pass to play the campaign.
  8. To be fair, they're probably hiding the nuclear football beneath that luxurious soup catcher!
  9. No Adam Cole Baybay!? *EDIT* Whoopsie, guess Britt wants to just beat up her beau!
  10. I've watched Salman for SO many years on Bill Maher's show. He's always come off as humble, intelligent AF, well spoken, & sweet. This is abhorrent to have heard earlier today & I'll be doing my best to keep tabs on any & all updates as I want him to pull through so very badly.
  11. I mean between price hikes, the enormity of streaming options available, the recession that we are absolutely in, yeah I get it. You want to illegally stream/download something, times are tough & tight, I can't fully condone it, even if I don't necessarily fully agree with it either, but still.
  12. Did D+ just drop it out of nowhere? Wasn't aware of a release date for it.
  13. More than likely, it would be easy to guess, that Netflix, HBOMax/Discovery, etc. will more than likely be getting bumps as well which we all knew was inevitable that having all of these streaming services will cost more than what, at one point, you were attempting to save by cutting the cord.

  15. Disney+ Ad Plan Price and Launch Date Set — Along With Fee Hikes for Disney+ Premium, Hulu VARIETY.COM The Disney+ ad-supported tier will launch Dec. 8, when the price of Disney+ with no ads will go up. Hulu prices are also increasing. Disney has set pricing and date for the U.S. launch of the version of Disney+ with ads, while also hiking the monthly price of the Disney+ tier with no ads. It’s also going to raise rates for Hulu — both ad-supported and ad-free versions — and introduce new Disney Bundle options. Disney+ Basic, which is the name of the plan with ads, will launch Dec. 8 in the U.S. for $7.99/month. That’s the price of the current ad-free version of Disney+, which at that time will bump up to $10.99/month, a 38% increase, and will be known as Disney+ Premium. The ad-supported version of Disney+ will include all the same content that is available in the ad-free tier, although some titles may not run advertising, according to the company. Disney+ Basic will launch with about four minutes of ads per hour. It will start with 15- and 30-second spots but will expand to a “full suite of ad products” over time, Disney Advertising Sales president Rita Ferro said at an investment conference this spring. Disney+ with ads will not accept political or alcohol ads, nor will it run ads in kids’ profiles or against preschool programming. The company expects that the majority of Disney+ customers will opt for the cheaper, ad-supported plan over time, similar to Hulu (which has two-thirds of its subscriber base on ad-supported plans). The strategy appears aimed at mitigating Disney+ subscriber irritation over the price hike on the no-ads plan — and the inevitable cancelations — with the intro of Disney+ Basic at the same price point, albeit with ads stuck into the mix. Meanwhile, as of Oct. 10, Disney will increase the price of Hulu with ads, from $6.99 to $7.99 per month, while the ad-free tier will go from $12.99 to $14.99 per month. The Disney Bundle in the U.S. (Hulu with ads, Disney+ no ads, ESPN+) will go from $13.99 to $14.99 per month; the premium version of the bundle (Hulu no ads, Disney+ no ads, ESPN+) will remain at $19.99 per month. As previously announced, ESPN+ rates will increase in August, going from $6.99 to $9.99 per month. “With our new ad-supported Disney+ offering and an expanded lineup of plans across our entire streaming portfolio, we will be providing greater consumer choice at a variety of price points to cater to the diverse needs of our viewers and appeal to an even broader audience,” Kareem Daniel, chairman of Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution, said in a statement. Disney announced its updated streaming pricing and plans in reporting results for the June 2022 quarter, which topped Wall Street estimates. The company gained 14.4 million Disney+ subs in the period, handily topping the 10 million that analysts forecast, to reach 152.1 million as of July 2. In 2023, the company plans to expand the rollout of Disney+ with ads internationally, CFO Christine McCarthy told analysts.
  16. If you look, there was a 3rd suspect, who's job it was to hold the door open to circumvent that specific security feature.
  17. I went in to it very open minded & after having had a couple days to mull it over, I feel confident that I would place this 3rd in the rankings for all of the Predator/Pred-adjacent flicks. The CGI still wasn't all that good & made me miss the practical FX all that much more. It was a solid enough story, fun kills for sure, and overall it didn't step on its own feet much so that's progress! I will say that, even if only a "limited engagement", it should have been given a theatrical release.
  18. Just now realized that we have gotten a Walt & Jesse together scene as well as a Jesse alone scene, this leaves a single Walt scene left to be shown. Just was pointed out to me via a BCS rewind live stream that WHAT IF the scene in question colors in the ricin scene as it could only have been Saul who could have aided Walt in poisoning that kid!?
  19. I'm curious, with Kim's confession, was there any evidence retrieved from the Laundry regarding decomposing remains underneath? If so, then BOOM goes the proverbial dynamite to bury both her & Jimmy.
  20. ‘Better Call Saul’: Vince Gilligan on Writing and Directing His Final Episode WWW.HOLLYWOODREPORTER.COM The co-creator discusses the joys of directing Carol Burnett, the challenges of black-and-white and Gene/Jimmy/Saul's big decision heading into the series finale.
  21. Being a huge fan of "The Americans", I have more invested interest in this show now knowing who's behind the writing. Hope I'm right about this or else ...
  22. Yeah, I FINALLY recognized that there is NO redeeming this guy anymore. Just like Marion said "I trusted you.", we too sort of put faith & trust, at least subconsciously, into Jimmy only for it to be for naught.
