Personally a fan of all things Wustof as well, they're exceptional knives. That being said however, I would argue the point of just obtaining a chef's knife, paring knife, maybe a boning knife if you need it and then just focus on a solid tri-stone system to keep them sharp.

Read a few interviews & it looks as though they won't get to filming season 2 until probably late winter/early spring of 2023 ... that says to me that we won't see season 2 until probably April/May of 2024. That being said however, IF HBO were to alternate HotD & TLoU bi-annually going forward for the next number of years, I wouldn't hate that one bit!

Opening up to over 1000 screens this Halloween weekend, do your part and support! Absolutely unreal that this film has already made roughly 20 times its original budget of $250K! While I'll be going to scope out George A. Romero's "Dawn of the Dead" in 3D, there is a part of me that possibly on Halloween, I'll get my Art costume on & head to the theater for one last screening!

So yesterday I figured "fuck it why not!?" & bought the game so as I can play the campaign. Yep, definitely another COD but I love Price, Soap, Gaz, Ghost, & the rest so damn much & IW tells a really compelling story while crafting remarkably fun levels, totally do not regret the purchase.

Absolutely wild right!? Imagine what COULD have happened IF there had been marketing!? Like just wow, blows my mind how triumphant of a win this is for all involved!

Looks as though it could earn over $4M total, absolutely incredible!

Anybody who happened to have pre-ordered that has played the campaign yet?

Honestly, from all I have heard & read, I'll probably wait for a "GOTY" edition w/ all the post release DLC included (is there even going to be?) Was scrolling through Twitter earlier and while I didn't get the actual reveal from what I saw, I'm hearing that the ending isn't very good.

Didn't Veep get like a million awards throughout its run on HBO? I never watched it myself but I know I always heard just some amazing things about it. Also, it isn't PR/marketing so much as a few isolated incidents that happened during the opening weekend were then retweeted and the like which caused further ruckus & uproar. That mixed with, I believe it was 'The Talk', as well as Howard Stern getting in on the Terrifier 2 talk that has continued the buzz about the vomiting & passing out.

Couldn't care less about Potter flicks but I truly enjoyed his recurring role in the Brosnan Bond flicks, RIP sir. Also, sad to say that Ted White (part time actor, full time stunt man dating back to 'Creature From the Black Lagoon'!) passed away today as well.

Only reaffirms my solid choice to opt to see Terrifier 2 a second time this weekend in lieu of this. Considering I've watched Kills multiple times, and no matter what, after the first 10 or so minutes, it just completely shits the bed, my bar is in the basement for hopes & anticipations for this "final" Halloween flick are so low yet I fear it will somehow not even clear that.

I believe the physical release is in the first week of December?

This sucks as Wal-Mart has the exclusive steelbook yet its only Blu Ray, Best Buy gets the 4K exclusively while Amazon gets yet another iteration. Things like this make physical media collectors such as myself get a massive headache having to pick & choose. Logically I should just snag the 4K copy, yet another part of me wants to own the steelbook & would probably buy the 4K to keep housed inside the steelbook, JFC I have problems.

Finally had gotten around to seeing this over the weekend (hey, Terrifier 2 took priority AND I will be going back again this weekend for another viewing!) but hey, better late than never & it was truly a good time. DeadMeat had a solid podcast talking about it, so I have to recommend that. What I imagined vs what was ... yeah definitely not what I anticipated but I love it when a film surprises me!
