  1. Yeah at first I thought it was a vampire flick then it dawned on me "Oh shit they're in daylight! OMFG THEY'RE CANNIBALS!" So yeah definitely intrigued for sure (thanks 'Alive' for leaving your mark on my psyche & soul.)
  2. Absolutely on my "must see" list, however I may not go see this until next weekend & have a double or even triple feature with Glass Onion & Bones and All as well.
  3. Considering Green Bay's woes this season, should be an easy layup for Tennessee!
  4. Most recently, it's that abso-fucking-lutely PHENOMENAL scene in Andor episode 10 that Stellan delivers. It is completely mesmerizing to see. That said, I have done this innumerable times since my childhood even but now its more for feels/vibes of a scene or the way it looks or sounds with relation to my own home theater setup. It definitely is not weird or out of the norm for those of us that really cherish & revel in the glorious moments of film & television we fall in love with.
  5. Criterion Collection discs are always far more than most, hence why most wait for the B&N 50% off deals.
  6. So not only did I receive my amazing 4K steelbook of Reservoir Dogs from Best Buy BUT ... Criterion announced 'Dazed & Confused' in 4K releasing February of 2023!!
  7. Literally JUST saw this news not 5 minutes ago and I genuinely felt a massive piece of my childhood fall away into nothing. FUCK!!!! WHAT THE FUCK WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK NO NO NO NO NONOOOOOOOOO!
  8. Watched earlier this afternoon and have had more than a few hours for this ... experience (!?) to wash over me. Perhaps THE most harrowing, gut wrenching, brutal depiction of the toll of war upon a young man that I've ever seen. Quite easily may have skyrocketed into my top 3 all time for war films for sure.
  9. Yeah this looks to be all sorts of awesome. Also, let's give a round of applause for the look & feel of this entire franchise like just WOW!
  10. I know I sure as shit would like to be able to play the next Forza Motorsport!
  11. In its 6th straight week, it will still be playing in over 1200 theaters this weekend!!!
  12. Has anyone had the chance to watch yet? It isn't being released stateside until later this month, just curious if anyone has thoughts on it as of yet?
  13. I know that grown up Jason & the mask are items belonging to the Cunningham side of things, however they can use childhood Jason in the prequel series. What I really love about this series potential, and I believe its what probably drew Fuller in, at least in part, is the fact that there is an inherent challenge in terms of not only what can & cannot be used but that its being adapted for a TV series that is more or less official unlike the old "Friday 13th TV series" which was basically only in name. Add to that is the fact that Fuller had to work within a lot of those similar constraints when adapting Hannibal for TV (still to this day one of THE greatest series ever hands down, seek it out if you haven't watched it yet!)
  14. In case anyone isn't aware, because Sean Cunningham isn't involved, the only things that really can be used in this series is the location of the camp, Pamela herself, and that's about it.
  15. As a big fan when it first started, I'm a little sad to say I have yet to even watch any of the 4th season, now I don't know if I'll even ever bother. Truly a shame really.
