A Vulcan Crimelord is fucking genius & shockingly has never been done before ... it's actually illogical that it is only now when it has been done & by such a fantastic actor. You're not wrong about him being criminally underused in literally everything. OZ was not only so far ahead of its time, but seriously highlighted so many NY based actors & gave so many a real opportunity. I'll always hold that show near & dear to me.

SO many emotional beats in this episode. LEGIT, now that TLoU is over, THIS SHOW is my most anticipated week to week (in all sincerity, after the inaugural episode of this season, I have felt this way but it only become more pronounced after watching this weeks' episode!) I absolutely got choked up & failed miserably at fighting back tears twice in this episode, those that have seen will know which moments. JFC I don't know if I ever loved Trek THIS much or if the nostalgia is hitting me so fucking hard, either way I despise that this is the final season but what a way to go out right?

The opening chase sequence was really cool, feel awful for Bo having lost her ancestral home, but we may be onto bigger & brighter ends soon. The abrupt change to Coruscant was just that, yet it was intriguing to see more of the galaxy opened up in this way. Add to it all the rumors & rumblings of a certain blue hued Chiss Admiral appearing by end of the season (surely to set up Ahsoka), then it would necessitate a broader focus for the season. I'm getting huge Rebels vibes from this season & loving it so far. I wouldn't hate that. Sort of a live action 'What If...?' series set in the "center" of the galaxy!? -

Picked up these frozen jalapeno burger patties from Target, baked off a couple alongside some sliced onions, a few whole jalapenos, and a pound & a half of applewood double thick cut bacon. Then turned that into a quesadilla burger! Yeah, it hit the spot to be sure. -

Alright, I'll be the one, it's going to be a comic book. -
Went to see this earlier today & while I still prefer the Rocky franchise over the Creed trilogy, it was a solid entry that echoed a lot of Rocky III in ways which was enjoyable. One thing that can be said is that at the very least, this franchise definitely is consistent with its intention & quality.

While I understand the backlash against JLC winning, I'm personally biased as she's horror royalty, and while still she COULD have used that "H" word versus utilizing "Genre", I'm still beyond happy that she won as she did truly kill it in that film & in that role. Granted, Hsu did an equal job of bringing it in EEAAO but hear me out, she WILL get another chance down the road if she's truly that good, Jamie on the other hand is on her victory lap where all things are concerned, so let her have it.

The on the road interaction, the giraffe scene, the joke telling ahead of the fireflies sneaking up from behind - all just lovely moments to be sure. That hospital scene did not back down nor shy away from Joel's mission & purpose & he was absolutely right & justified in his head & heart for choosing to do what he did ... even if it did mean killing a lot of motherfuckers in your way & it very well MAY have cost humanity their existence.

So I re-watched Scream 5 earlier today (for like the 3rd or 4th time now) and today I finally gained appreciation for what was done here with the foresight of knowing what transpires in Scream 6. That is pleasing to me for sure, just felt like sharing.
