I saw the original film in theaters when I was like 11 or 12, still today it is one of my favorite films of all time, definitely one of my favorite Hanks' performances for sure. I had always meant to scope out the show with trepidation, alas now that it seems as though the full story won't even be told, guess there's really not much need for that now.

Double bacon cheeseburger w/ fresh & cooked jalapenos, fresh & cooked onions, cooked mushrooms, light on the mayo, add a sprinkle of that cajun seasoning to it. Now if you really wanna be decadant, grab a large cajun fry then head to your local Mexican joint with the best queso for dipping those fried tater wedges!!

To be fair, at least w/ MI 7 & 8, not only are they shooting back to back, but there have been a fuck ton of start/stop/start/stop throughout the pandemic. I'm sure that alone made the budget soar, not to mention Tom paid out of pocket for a whole damn luxury vessel for all of the crew at one point. Still though, anything north of $200M+ like just stop, what are you doing? As much as I love, adore, & admire films like Waterworld & Geena Davis' Cutthroat Island, as well as numerous others (coincidentally many of which use water in their productions ... wow water really IS a bitch w/ film isn't it!?) If you are going so far askew from what you initially believed a project to cost, maybe have a real heart to heart with your financiers & producers to determine if the ongoing cost & risk is truly worth it?

Considering the cost of all things food related, I personally do my best to not only plan ahead for what I may want, but also prepare in bulk & freeze (like say homemade meatballs for instance, chili, pulled pork, lasagna, etc.) That way it's a quick grab/heat/eat.

As someone who quit smoking in October ... holy hot fuck that's almost a year now! Yeah, definitely recommend doing it from a pack a day nearly 30 year long smoker. That said, I prefer to smoke flower over vapes, but also edibles are really rather nice. Just glad its finally legal in NY ... if only OCM could stop getting sued every other day & get their shit in order ffs!
