Inarguably the best in the series, for fans of the Friday 13th franchise, and especially for those who are fans of the Tommy Jarvis character from 'Jason Lives' (my personal favorite entry in the franchise) then enjoy over an hour of a hell of a fan film!

In case nobody heard, Malek Akkad had been shopping the rights to the franchise around. Earlier today, while initially reported that it was A24 who secured the rights, that was merely a rumor & ultimately it is Miramax that now owns full control. Deadline reports, “Miramax Television has signed a wide-ranging deal with Trancas to develop and co-produce a Halloween TV series, which also includes a first-look agreement on other television projects for the international marketplace.”

OK did I miss something or did they do away with Car Clubs/Clans?

Between this, Target's significantly reduced footprint in their stores as well, alongside Wal-Mart leveraging their way into being the default 2nd largest distributor of physical media, this is a massive shift.

I personally blame BOTH sides in this conflict. The civilians caught in the crossfire & helpless to do anything about it are who my heart breaks for. When you allow religion to overrun common fucking sense then I just have no time for you. Shit's been going on for roughly a 1000 years before the first of the Crusades, yet nothing has changed, all because 3 major religious populations all look to the same plot of land as "theirs". Here's a crazy thought, why did the god of your choosing just HAPPEN to choose the exact same place as every other dimwit that gives it up to who knows what the hell in the sky? Namely just to fuck with you.

HOLY EFFING JESUS ... I AM IN LOVE! I spent a bulk majority of my late morning into early evening going through 3 race series. Initially went with the Scooby WRX sedan for the initial part, then the Scooby Hatch for the next series, and then finally the Lotus Evora for the 3rd. It's the 3rd that really hooked me. I have had all iterations of this series since FM3 and this game flat out just feels different but in all of the amazing ways it should. I have had the Evora before and had one hell of a suite set up for it, it's to that build in my mind that I would attempt to tune this ride. I tried to explain it to my wife as she sat there guffawed at how freaking pretty this game is at any time of day, in any weather, that the way the game pushes & evolves you as a driver, as you build up certain specs, figuring out HOW the tuning you did directly affects varying aspects of the ride, but then allowing yourself to give in to what the car wants to do & acquiescing to it's will around the tracks. Every single new race feels like its almost a wholly different ride as you get familiar with it. The responsiveness in steering while also feeling the grip of the tires as they ride that line of grip v. slip is insanity. Then there's the segments of each track where you're timed within each lap & subconsciously it really hones you into wanting to DO BETTER! Even just doing practice laps (much of the time I would go multiple laps beyond what was necessary just to ensure I felt the car as well as I could & was as comfortable as I felt I was going into the actual races) I would be sweating and yelling "GET IT GET IT! HOLD THAT PITCH! JUST A BIT TIGHTER!" as I careened around the final sloping turn at Maple and hit a new record lap time. IT WASN'T EVEN THE ACTUAL RACE! I am telling you all what, if you ever have played this series, please give this new one a shot as it's pure driving excellence perfected! P.S. I was way off on the whole car leveling aspect, I actually enjoy it because it gives you reason to persevere and push forward with this main ride in order to get all the upgrades and see all the builds you can bang out.

From what I know & have heard, it was a TV deal initially. They've been renegotiating since about spring, and it's believed that the PPV's will definitely be on MAX (as well as go up to 12 annually, unsure if that includes ROH shows) while HOPEFULLY they'll run Dynamite/Rampage/Collision the day after airing. I haven't read or heard anything definitive in terms of their 3 shows being on the app as of yet. Maybe that's what is taking so long to make the final announcement (had been hoping they would at WrestleDream but perhaps maybe now it'll be at either Full Gear or Winter is Coming?)

My best friend went & saw this Sunday night & all he had to say was "This film fucked me up, bro, HOLY SHIT!" & for me that's as sure fire a way to review a must see flick if anything in my book!

Man I need to get the hell outta work FAST (unfortunately have roughly another 9 hours to go) so I can FINALLY begin my career anew!

With AEW, I fully anticipate before the end of the year for them to announce the MAX deal they have in play.
