It's been since the weekend of January 17th wherein I saw "Bad Boys for Life" when I was last in a movie theater. I typically went AT LEAST once if not 2-3 times a month depending on what was releasing. This news between Bond pulling out & theater chains shutting down for the foreseeable future, alongside the fact that I reside in NYS, just was the final knockout punch I did not need this year. I had held out a modicum of hope for Bond in November, now that is shattered and it will ultimately be nearly a year and a half all told before I find myself in a theater again. Meanwhile, actual CDC scientists have come out to state that NOT ONE INCIDENT of spread of COVID has come from those theaters which are open. They did a tremendous job to minimize as much as possible any potential spread of the virus. Just really hits hard and hurts me deeply a medium of entertainment that I love and care for deeply is not only suffering to such a degree, but so substantially to the point where it very well now may never again be the same.

The base part of "Beyond Light" is day & date on Game Pass however for the FULL breadth of what is included for each season, then you have to buy that extra bit of DLC separate.

One look at what Bungie is doing with their next piece of content on GamePass shows that while the base product WILL be available day & date, that does not mean ALL content will be on GamePass. I would wager that this extends to further releases & content in regards to DLC and the like for any/all studios. Then again, maybe it's just a case by case basis and any title under the Bethesda banner has to automatically release any/all post launch content through GamePass?!?

I know whenever I access HBO via Amazon Prime or whatever that they do have that ability to stream what is currently playing on their myriad of channels at any given point & time. As for the OP, I never really thought of how amazing a resource it is & the fact that no other services have enacted such a thing. Truly a shame & missed opportunity really.

@JPDunks4first of all, thanks & I love you! Has Microsoft come out stating why exactly external HDD won't be able to play next gen titles? Is is strictly because they want their own proprietary insertable 1 TB card for the back slot to be the only thing to do so? Seems...odd. Also, sort of puts a damper on the titles in which will have Series X upgrades if you can only access them through the internal storage then.

As much as I'm a Titans fan, I have a feeling that Minshew & Co. in JAX will have that extra bit of down time & seemingly had a more "put together" team versus what I witnessed on MNF for Tennessee. One way or another, I foresee one of these two to be the AFC South champ by end of the season!

Information that I still need prior to pulling the trigger on a preorder next Tuesday: Going with the $35/month option - where exactly does this money go? To Target/Best Buy/Gamestop/Amazon etc. where I purchase the console from directly or is it financed through MS instead? If I preorder via the store website & opt for it to be shipped, will it arrive on November 10th at my door or will I have to wait days after launch (especially with how the postal service is shit at the moment?) What about my current external 4 TB HDD? Will it work with the new console? Also, what about current gen headphones? Are there any 3rd party options launching day & date or within the window that haven't yet been announced?
