Jeffery Dean Morgan would make more sense. He's already done the part twice.
Sense and WB/DC movie projects in the same sentence is a rare feat in this day.

That's what people said about Battlefront 2. Now it's an unsupported mess.
That's a whole other thread of a hot mess that was and how EA screwed that up.

Crammed with what?
October has Red Dead, Soul Calibur VI and Blops
Then nothing really that is going to blow anyone's skirt up in November and December.
There are plenty of games coming that will be unfortunate victims in the holiday cramming as always. Nothingood may float your boat but we all know that's when many games drop. Others have posted what some of those games are. Just enough to disrupt some publishers outrageous projections for sales.

So they could get their preorder numbers up of course!
With the crammed holiday schedule, as usual, I don't think EA can do anything to heavily improve the preorder numbers unless they drop the initial price of the game. Did they put out the sweet spot number they look for? Probably not but it's the crammed holiday season.

The original release date sandwiched it between BO4 and RDR 2. Literally between a rock and a hard place.
Thank you as I could not remember the other release that was going to essentially erase Battlefields' existence.

What's the real reason?
Bad PR of late so they can let that die down. EA has been challenged on their accuracy of representing WW2 and called fans who questioned the, essentially stupid. They really did. Also to give it space from Black Ops 4 as the original date was going to put it a week after CoD I believe.

The Conjuring
I am so late but I finally watched this. I like watching horror movies whether they are good or bad. This one falls in the very good category of the genre. Not hyper scary or with predictable jump scares but a very good pace and story that kept me intrigued. I guess I have some catch up to do since this is the first of 5 movies.

Well damn. The revolving production door for DC movies still continues to spin people in and out furiously. SMH.
-
Probably for the best but I think we know the real reason.
-
I probably won't but it's very tempting to see Avengers again on the big screen and see the team in NY for the first time again with the famous shot of them "assembling".

Had no idea Marv Wolfman created Nova. Such a legend.

OMG! The possibilities. Maybe Darkhawk? I am being serious but you right. Marvel puts this out and it makes this so more relevant than Green Lantern. But it is the MCU so it already has the likelihood of being a success. Also, with GOTG in Flux, this is a good way to pick up on the cosmic stuff that Guardians started.

You simplified it perfectly. But the Snyder defenders refuse to see this.

I gave the first episode a try. It was enjoyable for me. The episodes are short enough where I can commit to this and not have it be too heavy of a time commitment.

EDIT: Can't wait for the season to start to listen to all those commentators and analysts who pretended to be Cavs fans all these years suddenly get amnesia.
It will be the same with the fans that were Cavs fans then were fans of the once Heat Nation. Can't stand bandwagon folks.

I want to see how micro transactions are handled this year in NBA2k19 before I commit to the game. I enjoyed 2k18 but the grind was major work and I refuse to pay for VC.

Cult of Chucky
I like Chucky and like that the Chucky movies are still being made. This was interesting but I think only seriously hardcore Child's Play fans can get a little enjoyment out of this. Chucky is obviously the bright spots of the movie when he appears. His one liners are the best but that is about it. He does have a new gimmick in the movie that's really good but the explanation, while makes some sense, is a little let down. Not the worst movie I've ever seen cause it did keep me interested but only if you love Chucky.

I miss 20+ episode seasons for shows.
I am interested in it, but with a show like this 10 episodes makes me want to wait for a couple seasons before I even start. It's like getting a frustratingly small portion of food for dinner. Sometimes I would rather not eat at all than to just be getting into it and run out
Some shows this isn't so bad for. Like Stranger Things or Jessica Jones follows a good arc and plays to the strength of the brevity by avoiding filler. But for an episodic, half hour cartoon comedy feels like we'll hardly get to know the characters before the season ends.
I agree. Then it will be forever until we get new episodes.

Extermination 2

It's about Damm time. Hopefully it plays just as good if not better than Streets of Rage 2.

I'm trying to wrap up Yoshi's New Island and Wolfenstien before the end of the month.

He needs to stick around for us a lot longer. Good job.

Damn, I just watched/listened to the video. So messed up. And I so hate that a bogus ass person will use this as piss poor ammunition about video game violence.

Will he be forced to retire from video game sports? Can't play without your thumb. It'd be like a pitcher losing his pitching arm.
I guess it depends on the player and how bad the injury. My son and I oddly had this conversation about injured thumbs and I proposed I could still play on a joystick if my thumbs was for some reason so injured that I could not play on a controller. I have a Street fighter tournament stick so it popped in my head talking to him.

With all the talk of new releases, did anybody get this new release? I'm relatively new to the world of Fire Pro and my goodness is this a nice breather and alternative to the WWE gaming product.
I'm really mastering the game quickly and the tutorial mode only added to that knowledge level. I'm having to jack up the difficulty already to get a challenge.
