@Biggie I was on the steam site and saw that Hogwarts Legacy was on sale for $17 so I snagged a copy. Well I completely forgot just how amazing this game is! I started this morning and I'm completely hooked. It's such a magical game. I can't put it down.

Yea one thing they nailed was that they created a very immersive Star Wars universe. Even on PS5 I think the game looks terrific. I'm sure it's beautiful on your rig.

I don't know how to measure my sobriety because of the two small hiccups that occurred. It has been exactly 10 years since I completely stopped binge drinking. So I'm definitely proud of that.

I'm currently playing Cyberpunk on my deck and I can run it at high settings. It looks absolutely incredible. I've put 33 hours in this so far because I'm doing all side quests. Some of the side quests are better than the campaign. I romanced two characters which was really well done. When it's all said and done I think Cyberpunk is a 10/10 at its current state. Just incredible what CD Project Red has done to salvage this game. I haven't even touched the Phantom Liberty dlc yet.

I was an alcoholic from the age of 22 to 33. My entire family tree had issues with alcohol. I went to a rehab facility and it helped me stop completely. I had one part of my life about 5 years ago where I got into a bad habit of coming home from work and drinking a 6 pack. @Andrea knows about this because she was supporting me through that small phase. That is when I called Andrea and her husband and had a chat with them. Lol thankfully that wasn't too bad and I quickly recovered. Then a few months ago I broke down and drank my dad's wine and moonshine just for one night so it was harmless. But yea unfortunately I'll struggle with alcohol for my entire life.

Well this morning my nephew called our house crying his eyes out. He found my brother passed out in the basement. My brother is a complete alcoholic now and drinks from 6am until he passes out everyday. He currently hasn't had a job in over a year. So he dropped the drugs and just absolutely abuses alcohol. So he had a bad fall in my original post from booze. We are planning on doing an intervention but right now this is a bad situation. Just thought I'd share. It's really sad.

I was only an hour in and still in the prologue. Sometimes when I play new games I get overwhelmed and can't keep track in what's going on.
