Maybe one day I'll have it in me to finally beat it. But I have no desire at the moment. It's really strange that I really disliked Forbidden West for 2 full years and then after this PC release I've awoken out of this slumber and truly appreciate the game. It's actually really freakin good. I'm talking to myself as I play and I keep saying this is a 10/10 game. I really have learned to enjoy Aloy a lot and that has helped out a lot. I forget why you don't like this franchise but if it's only because you think Aloy looks like Blake Griffin (who retired today) then you're missing out on some of the very best adventure games ever made.

There is no reason to go back and forth because the points have been made on both sides. I knew what I was getting into but it was over hyped in reviews in MY opinion. I mean it got a 9.5 from easy allies lol. And yes, I know you don't give a fuck about reviews. I do and I got played.

I never even played the campaign in COD4. However it offered the greatest FPS multiplayer ever. Still hasn't been topped and probably never we will be. But yea, it probably shouldn't be number one for a campaign with the other games listed. But again I never played it.

I completely understand what you, @Keyser_Soze and @skillzdadirecta are saying in this thread. But some gamers, including myself and Biggie, don't like the old school way of how games progressed. It's just a matter of opinion and at the end of the day there are games that appeal to everyone. I like being directed in where to go to an extent because I struggle enough with modern games as it is.

Great list. COD 4 is in my top 5 games of all-time for the stunning mp experience it gave me and my buddies.

Yea you were correct all along. I had my fun with it so it's all good. Like I said maybe down the road I'll play it again to completion. Starfield is more your speed because there is a story and actual direction. I get some people like not being told what to do all the time in games but for me that just robs me of my valuable time.

@Biggie I don't understand your last reaction to my post? Going into this I thought it was going to be an amazing goty type game but it turned out to be an ok RPG with no story or characters. I guess I should have been prepared for that when comparing it to the original but the reviews had me fooled. Don't get me wrong, I did have fun for a few hours but ultimately it is way to fuckin shallow to hold my attention. For those that are in love with it more power to you.
