Television Ready for Rick Grimes to die?
Dodger replied to EternallDarkness's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
I'm season 8 trying to get caught up but I find myself not really caring and only watching to see what they do with Rick. I can't imagine watching beyond that. I can't quite compare it BBT because Walking Dead actually was a good compelling show at one point. BBT is more like Everyone Loves Raymond. Somehow successful but I've never had anyone admit to liking it. -
Happy Birthday. Next week I'm going to be 36, fuck I'm getting old.

I expect at least one megaton Games Pass announcement.

Thanks for that. I'll give the G70 a good look. But I'm probably not going to be the market for awhile. It's just fun to dream about what I'd want. One of my neighbors has a newer A6, but that's probably outside of my budget. But I do like the new ones. Too bad I can't just get a 2019 S6 willy nilly,

I'm waiting for New Vegas to get X enhanced to play again, which I don't understand why it's not when Fallout 3 and TES IV both are. Hopefully now that they've apparently acquired Obsidian they will announce it's been enchanced at X0 next week. -

Definitely post impressions if you play the Fallout beta. As much as I love the Fallout games, it's looking like I'll be skipping this. -

Still going through that too. I've done a good chunk of Skellige. Think I'm level 24. So yeah I have to get through that, and the DLC too. I tell myself I'll replay it on Death March to not be a little bitch, but I don't think I'll ever really have the time to do a second play through. -

Took a little break from RDR2 to play some Skyrim last night. I'm going to finish it one day, I swear. -
Now that's it's been X enhanced and I hear looks really good I should give it a go.

General Gaming Just Cause 4 | Official Thread of No Solace in Solís
Dodger replied to Pikachu's topic in The Spawn Point
Will eventually get. Probably not day one though, but these games are fun to just mess around in for awhile. Hopefully this isn't fucked like 3 at launch, because that load time issue is what caused me to give up on it and I just never got around to getting back. Wonder how it will look X enchanced.- 31 replies

Sony Playstation 4 lifetime sales exceed Playstation 3 lifetime sales
Dodger replied to SaysWho?'s topic in The Spawn Point
I contributed 2 sales with a base and Pro. -
If anybody ever gives you the option for a percentage of the profits you should probably just take it. It's like real life winning the lotto. I don't know how analogous it would be to other mediums but plenty of actors have done that ended up with shit tons of money when some random movie because a huge success out of nowhere. I think Keanu Reeves did that with The Matrix right?

I tried to play FFVI on that Anthology thing they came out with on the PS1 because it is of course my favorite game ever. It was garbage. Mostly it was the load times if I remember right. For some reason it literally took minutes for anything to load.
-
Yeah I'm going to go ahead and skip this. Also, I imagine a lot of these games have aged like shit. The NES and SNES classic did well because 2D games just hold up over time better

I like how if you actually slip on a hill Arthur looks like he actually slipped instead of just moving on rails down the slide. It was a minor slide so I don’t know how more advanced it would have gotten but he acted like how a normal human would complete with arms flailing about so that’s a nice little touch.

Did you ever end up checking it out?

I’m liking free slow burn. Sure the controls are a bit janky and I get annoyed making sure Arthur’s takes his morning shit every day but it’s a beautiful (at least on the x) detailed world where I easily get lost and side tracked. After a game like Far Cry 5 where you can have a silenced machine gun that doubles as a sniper rifle within a couple of hours I’m liking the slower pace here. i would say say it’s a quintessential rockstar game. A big beautiful detailed world with some janky controls you have to get used to. If you didn’t like GTAV you probably won’t like this. If you enjoyed that you will enjoy this.
