"Challenging Trump"?!? McCain's...and Corker's...and Flake's idea of "challenging Trump" largely involved shaking their heads at a moderate pace while expressing "deep concerns" about the Imbecile's tone and ultimately voting in favor of whatever it was anyway. My left thumb has done more to challenge Trump when I've gone into the streets than any of these people. To hell with them and to hell with the media who asked such a goddamned stupid question.

I'm assuming that the lame duck Mexican government is conducting these discussions with the agreement of the incoming administration that's going to take office in December. Mexico has an insanely long transition period between election and when the new government takes power. -
